In re: JANE HAIG. DECEASED
I, Jane Haig of the Town of Regina in the North West Territories, Widow, Declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I desire my executor hereinafter named to pay out of my estate my debts and funeral expenses. I devise and bequeath to my Sisters Sarah Crawford of Wellington, Ontario, Wife of James Crawford of the same place Farmer, and Mary MacFarlane of the City of Chicago in the State of Illinois, Widow all the residue of my real and personal estate share and share alike. In the event of either of my said Sisters predeceasing me it is my will that the share to which she should have become entitled to be divided equally among her surviving children. In the event of both of my said Sisters predeceasing me it is my will that the shares to which they would have become entitled to be divided equally among their surviving children. I desire to be buried in the Town of Coburg in the Province of Ontario in the Cemetery where my parents are interred.
I appoint John Arthur Paddon of the Town of Regina aforesaid, Manager of the Bank of Montreal, sole executor of this my Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Jane Haig the Testator have set my hand this Second day of December in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and Ninety Five.

This is a Codicil to my last Will and testament dated the Second day of December in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Ninety Five.
I devise and bequeath to Arthur Follett Paddon of Vancouver B.C. Canada the sum of Three hundred dollars, and to Gerald Montague Paddon at present of Millertown Newfoundland the sum of Three hundred dollars. These two legacies to be paid before the distribution to my Sisters mentioned in my Will.
In witness whereof I sign my name to this Codicil to my Will this Fifth day of December in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Twenty.
