Will of Andrew Hillier

IN RE:   ANDREW HILLIER.    DECEASED

This is my last will and testament.
I leave to my wife Ida Marion Hillier all my household effects including Horse & Harness now at Grand Falls. Dominion of Newfoundland to be disposed of just as she please to her own advantage. I also leave to my wife Ida Marion Hillier my House & Land and all property connected with the same. Situated at New Harbour in the Electoral District of Trinity. Colony of Newfoundland.

And all monies in Bank of Montreal and all Benefits from Fraternal Organizations to be passed over to my wife, Ida Marion Hillier.

Witness my hand at Grand Falls, in the Dominion of Newfoundland this Twenty First Day of January in the year of Our Lord Nineteen hundred & twenty Four.
