I Michael Sullivan of Grand Falls Newfoundland, being of sound and disposing mind, and memory, do hereby make and publish this as, and for, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void every and all other will or wills by me at any time, heretofore made. And first I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and expense incident to the administration of my estate as soon as reasonably may be after my decease. Item I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Hannah all my money now in the Bank of Montreal Grand Falls with the exception of one thousand dollars [$1000.00] hereinafter mentioned and disposed of. I also bequeath to her all money now in my house or due me from my employers the Anglo Newfoundland Development Company, directing her to pay all my debts and funeral expenses as well as expenses incident to the administration of my estate from these monies bequeathed to her by me. I also bequeath to her the whole of my bedroom furniture as well as lounge and Morris chair in sitting room. Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Teresa the sum of five hundred dollars [$500.00] from my money now in Bank of Montreal and referred to above. I also bequeath to her the organ now in sitting room. Item. I give and bequeath to my son William the sum of five hundred dollars [$500.00] from my money now in the Bank of Montreal Grand Falls. I also bequeath my watch and chain to him. Item. I give and bequeath all my interest in property situated at Kings Cove Bonavista Bay, as well as all my household furniture and effects to be delivered equally between my son William and my daughter Teresa, with the exception of the furniture hereinbefore mentioned and bequeath to my wife Hannah. Item. I do hereby nominate my wife Hannah and my son William to be the Executors of this my last will and testament, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of May A.D. 1919. Michael Sullivan. Signed sealed published and declared by Michael Sullivan the above named testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
