1- I give devise and bequeath to my sister Esther Harigan [nee Bessant] all my household effects and all other goods belonging to me now in the possession of my brother Francis Besant 2- I give devise & bequeath to my brother Pierce and Ronald Besant my Life Insurance to the value of one thousand dollars now held by me in the Canadian Manufacturers Life Insurance Company the full amount to be held in trust by my executor hereinafter appointed until the younger of my brothers has completed his twenty-first year and then to be distributed to them in equal sums each receiving five hundred dollars. 3. I give devise and bequeath the sum of one hundred dollars to the Rev. William Finn P.P. Grand falls to have one solemn High Mass of Requiem and five Requiem Masses and the balance in Low Masses for the repose of my soul 4. I give devise & bequeath all moneys to my credit in the Bank of Montreal Grand falls after the sum of one hundred dollars has been deducted from them for Masses, to be equally apportioned and distributed amongst my brothers Francis George Leo and John and my father James Besant each receiving a like share. And I hereby nominate
and appoint Rev. William Finn Parrish Priest Grand falls to be the sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament.
