Western Bay - Methodist Baptisms (1817-1823 complete)

Note: WB = Western Bay, NB = Northern Bay, OPC = Ochre Pit Cove, BC = Bradley's Cove

These records come from the actual parish books for the years 1817 - 1823. These are similar to the Vital Statistics in the Blackhead Methodist Baptisms done by BILL WALSH in 2000. It seems that there was a WB parish register and also a bigger Blackhead register that consolidated Blackhead and outlying areas. It was the Blackhead register that was transcribed by Vital Statistics. There may be some WB parish entries that may have been missed being copied into the larger Blackhead register, or errors made during transcription for Vital Statistics. Thus these parish records are the source of all other records from Western Bay.
