Transcriber's Note: The information provided in this file was used to complete a lot of my own personal research. A lot of it is from a very early period and RC Church related.

The following records will be in alphabetical order of family surname including the female family names in order of their spouses surnames and will include all entries from
Hr. Grace, Northern Bay and Carbonear on the same file. They will be identified under the source column for easy reference

All information will be recorded as taken from the original records, spelling errors and all. Also if you find a duplicate child's name in the same family, normally this means that the
first child died and in keeping with the naming pattern, they would rename the next child of the same sex the same name as the child that died.

I have also written the surname after each child to let you see the various spellings and how many can be used in one (1) family alone. Most clergy wrote the surname as it sounded to them, despite popular belief that the clergy were more educated than his flock, this was not always the case, hence the various spellings.
