Will of William Parsons

I William Parsons of Harbour Grace in the Island of Newfoundland do hereby assign transfer and set over unto Thomas Neal (?) of H. Grace aforesaid and his assigns all that dwelling house with the Gardens and premises thereunto belonging late in the possession of John Coxx in consideration of having received from the said Thomas Neal (?) the sum of thirty one pounds twelve shillings & 6 ? which I hereby promise to pay yearly on the 31th day of October in ten pounds a year untill the above Debt is finally dis charged, where this obligation to be void or else to remain in full force & virtue.
