Will of Woodbine Pike

In re: WOODBINE PIKE. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me Woodbine Pike of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland I devise and bequeath my property as follows:- viz my vessel "Laura May" with all her belongings, my dwelling house and furniture, all my land and outhouses thereon with their belongings to my son Leander Pike to be his absolutely; and I further devise and bequeath my bed and bedding with all the furniture belonging to my own bedroom to my grandson Harold Stanley Pike to be his absolutely, and I appoint William C. Hawker sole executor of this will hereby revoking all former and other wills codicils or testamentary writings heretofore by me at any time made.

In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand this eighteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two Woodbine Pike Signed and declared by the testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses George A Moulton Shenstone Parsons Witnesses
