PORT-DE-GRAVE - 1809

"Memorandum of agreement by and between William Taylor and his brother, Richard Taylor, the said Richard Taylor doth bargain and sell Wm. Taylor his Fishing Room together with a Garden to the back of the Hill, and a small dwelling on the premises together with all pathways, passages, and other buildings thereto belonging, which the said Richard Taylor formerly possessed, for the sum of four pounds sterling or that amount in goods as agreed to by us therein.

Given under our hands in Port-de-Grave the 13th day of November, 1809.
