Will of William T. Dwyer
IN RE: WILLIAM T. DWYER. DECEASED In the name of God Amen. I William T. Dwyer, Sr. of North Arm, Holyrood, Newfoundland, Farmer, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and declare this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions at any time by me made. (1) I hereby appoint William Healey (of Frank) and J. J. Hicks Executors of my Will. (2) I give bequeath and devise to my son, James Dwyer, a piece of land bounded as follows:- East, by Railroad, West by Martin Healey's land, South by Woodford's land, and on the North by Crown lands; Also two acres of land, bounded from the bog to the mountain, by Patrick Crawley's land to the North and my Pen on the South. (3) I give bequeath and devise to my son, Patrick Dwyer, a piece of land, bounded as follows, North by Patrick Crawley's, South by Farm Road, North East by Bog land, and South West by Railroad. (3) I give devise and bequeath to my Grandson, John Thomas Dwyer, one piece of land bounded, North by Farm Road, North east by Martin Walsh's land, South West by Railroad and South east by Woodford's land; Also a piece of land known as my outside property bounded North by Frank Healey's land, South by Station Road, East by Main Line and West by the Mountain; Also a piece of land, bounded North east by William Healey's land, South West by Patrick Quinlan's land, South by Timmons land and North by Main Line; Also a piece of land known as my Water Side property, bounded, North by the mountain, south by the Harbor Waters, East by Patrick Dwyer's land and West by Richard Hine's land. Also one half my Dwelling House one half my Stable, one half my Cellar and Outhouses and one half my Horse, Car, carts, Wheels and farming Implements, and Sleds and Slides. (4) I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Dwyer the remaining one half of my Dwelling House, Stable, Cellar, Outhouses, Horse, car Carts, Wheels, farming implements, Sleds and Slides etc. (5) I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Mary F. Whelan, one dollar; to my daughter Catherine Bridget Brophy, one dollar; and to my daughter Annie Dwyer one dollar. (6) I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease. In witness whereof, I have hereto set my Hand this eighteenth day of December A.D. 1920. IN RE: WILLIAM T. DWYER. DECEASED

In the name of God Amen.

I William T. Dwyer, Sr. of North Arm, Holyrood, Newfoundland, Farmer, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and declare this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions at any time by me made.

(1) I hereby appoint William Healey (of Frank) and J. J. Hicks Executors of my Will.

(2) I give bequeath and devise to my son, James Dwyer, a piece of land bounded as follows:- East, by Railroad, West by Martin Healey's land, South by Woodford's land, and on the North by Crown lands; Also two acres of land, bounded from the bog to the mountain, by Patrick Crawley's land to the North and my Pen on the South.

(3) I give devise and bequeath to my Grandson, John Thomas Dwyer, one piece of land bounded, North by Farm Road, North east by Martin Walsh's land, South West by Railroad and South east by Woodford's land; Also a piece of land known as my outside property bounded North by Frank Healey's land, South by Station Road, East by Main Line and West by the Mountain; Also a piece of land, bounded North east by William Healey's land, South West by Patrick Quinlan's land, South by Timmons land and North by Main Line; Also a piece of land known as my Water Side property, bounded, North by the mountain, south by the Harbor Waters, East by Patrick Dwyer's land and West by Richard Hine's land. Also one half my Dwelling House one half my Stable, one half my Cellar and Outhouses and one half my Horse, Car, carts, Wheels and farming Implements, and Sleds and Slides.

(4) I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Dwyer the remaining one half of my Dwelling House, Stable, Cellar, Outhouses, Horse, car Carts, Wheels, farming implements, Sleds and Slides etc.

(5) I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Mary F. Whelan, one dollar; to my daughter Catherine Bridget Brophy, one dollar; and to my daughter Annie Dwyer one dollar.

(6) I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

In witness whereof, I have hereto set my Hand this eighteenth day of December A.D. 1920.
