In re: WILLIAM SPARKS. DECEASED. This is to certify that after my deceased my wife Fanny Sparks is to have full When death or marrage takes place the the land on the out side Public road and water side is to be devided between my two sons Richard & Aubrey Sparks. All the land on the upper side public road is to be Aubreys including dwelling house Stores and all out houses. All country lands owned by me is to be devided among my two sons Richard & Aubrey. Two acres of the east end of the farm owned by me situated at Shearstown is to be Blanches (my oldest daughter) the Ballance of that farm is to be devided among my two sons Richard & Aubrey each getting an equal share. The son that gets the land of the said farm that is cleared is to help the other to clear as much as he as cleared. Richard is to have the old Trap Boat and Aubrey is to have the new Boat Caplin Seine, and the horse when they part. Nellie Sparks their sister is to have a home in the house as long as she is unmarried. Aubrey is to have the carrage when they part And I hereby certify that I am in sound mind.
