Will of William Morgan

IN RE:   WILLIAM MORGAN.    DECEASED

This is the last will & testament of William Morgan (of Edward Morgan deceased) Seal Cove.

I bequeath to my son Archibald one half the house - and the land situate between Abram Morgan's fence and Archibald's Stable on the East Side of the road and also two pieces of land (one by River & one by the Marsh)

I bequeath to my son William John the second half of the house & all the Stable and the land situate between Kenneth's & William John's land bounded by Jacob Morgan & the Sea-Side.

I bequeath to Kenneth - my son that piece of land situated between the Seaside & my Cellar as a building lot, and also land situated between my agriculture road and my fence (North & South). My son William John & Kenneth will receive at my death the land on the South West Side of the road to be shared equally. The house is never to be taken down or divided.
