IN RE: WILLIAM LUTER. DECEASED
A Will In the name of God Amen. I William Luter of Carbonear being in sound mind and memory do this day make this my Last will and Testament First I give my soul into the Hands of Almighty God who Gave it and my Body to the Earth to receive at the Hands of my Executors Christian Burial and as for my worldly Goods that God has Blessed me with in this world I Give and bequeath in the following form and manner.
First I Gave and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Lillian Luter all my Land House and all my furniture and all my property I now possed in Carbonear to be Hers for her Life if not sold by her and the money put in Bank according as her step Father thinks best for her services. If Lillian should die before her step Father or mother all the aforesaid property is to become the property of William and Annie Cooper unto which I do now sign my Hand this day before witness this 15th day Aug. 1912 in year of Our Lord - William his x mark Luter witness William Hy.
