In re William Cole deceased. In the name of God Amen I William Cole of Brigus Conception Bay do make & declare this my last will & Testament in manner & form following that is to say: I give devise & bequeath Fifty dollars for Masses to be said according to my intention, Fifty dollars for the Catholic Church of Brigus. Fifty dollars to William Ellis Fifty dollars to John Ellis & the Residue of my Estate to Wm Ellis to be disposed of for my use & benefit as he may think fit & proper & I hereby name & appoint Wm. Ellis as Executor of this my last will & testimony In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 7th day of January A.D. 1908 William Cole Signed by the said William Cole the Testator in our presence and in his presence and in presence of each other at the same time and subscribe our names as witnesses (sgd) Michael R Macdonald (sgd James Roach.
