Will of Thomas William Sheppard

IN RE:   THOMAS W SHEPPARD.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Wm Sheppard, Fisherman of Cupids, Newfoundland.

I give devise and bequeath to my son William George Sheppard whatever monies shall remain to my personal credit after all my funeral expenses and other just debts are paid.

I give, devise and bequeath to my said son William George Sheppard all other real and personal estate of every description, but direct that my said wife Francis Sheppard shall have a home and interest in it whilst she remains in my name.

I direct that my said son William George Sheppard with his family shall live in the home and help my said wife Francis Sheppard all they can.

I further direct that the piece or parcel of land belonging to my estate, bounded on the west by the land of James Sheppard, on the East by that of heber Sheppards, on the north by the Water of the Harbour and South by the water of Cupids Pond shall not be sold.

I appoint my said son William George Sheppard sole executor of this my will and revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made.

in witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand this First day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty five.

Signed by the said Thomas Wm Sheppard, the testator, in our presence, who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses.
