In re THOMAS W. LOCKYER deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Thomas W. Lockyer of Burin, Merchant. I revoke all wills and testaments heretofore made by me. I bequeath to my wife, Frances, my house, stores and land, to be hers during her life time, and after her death to become the property of my son, Thomas Theodore. I bequeath to my wife, Frances, my life insurance, fifteen hundred dollars, to be used for her own support and the support of my children. All the residue of my estate not hereinbefore disposed of I bequeath to my wife, Frances. I appoint my wife, Frances to be sole executrix of this my last will. Dated at St. John’s this sixth day of December A.D. nineteen hundred and thirteen. Thos. W. Lockyer. Signed and delivered by the said testator in the presence of S. E. Bursell. A. Macpherson.
