Will of Thomas Wilcox

IN RE:   THOMAS WILCOX.    DECEASED

Brigus Newfoundland June 15th 1893

This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Wilcox of Brigus Port de Grave Planter I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Wilcox during the term of her natural life after which it shall be as follows:-

I give unto my son Robert H. T. Wilcox the western half of my dwelling and all my household goods furniture and all it shall contain at the time of my death. I also give to my son Robert the two gardens attached to said dwelling house Also the farm situated near Fathers Walshs land Also all my waterside property and my pew in Saint George's Church

I give to my son Thomas Munden the Eastern half of my dwelling house,
I give to my son James the Store house also the two gardens attached I also give to my son James the Store situated near said Store house the family to have the use of the cellar underneath said Store

My share of the piece of land Situated near Cupids Pond I leave to my three sons Robert, James & Munden Share and Share alike.

I leave to my daughter Louisa the use of the bedroom with all it contains so long as she remains unmarried. And I appoint my son Jas and my brother Samuel executors of this my will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three (signed) Thomas Willcox witnesses S.
