Will of Thomas White

In re: THOMAS WHITE. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me Thomas White of Ochre Pit Cove in the District of Bay de Verde, Colony of Newfoundland, made this first day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five. I revoke all former wills or other testamentary dispositions made by me at any time heretofore and declare this to be my last will and testament

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of all descriptions whatsoever, of which I may die possessed of or interested in the following manner that is to say. To my wife, Mary White, and at her decease or death, to my son George Henry White, all and singular as above written, that I have possessed for the past sixty-two years or for any period during the past sixty-two years, and I nominate and appoint William G. Parsons, John Parsons and Samuel Halfyard of Samuel to be the executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written. Thomas White. Signed published and declared by the said Thomas White the testator, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us both who present together at the same time in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto at Ochre Pit Cove subscribed our names as witnesses W.W. Halfyard Levi Halfyard witnesses
