IN RE: THOMAS MOORE. DECEASED
My last will and testament I Thomas Moore of the township of Bareneed in the district of Port de Grave being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made. I hereby appoint my nephews son William Thomas Moore to be the executor of my will.
I hereby bequeath to my son Isaac Moore and after his decease to my grandson William Moore the house and land leading from the main road to the road leading from the main road to the road leading to William Moore's house (including the Marsh Kitchen garden and the garden surrounding the house.
I hereby bequeath the half of the garden known as the garden on the bank to my daughter Elizabeth wife of Robert Mercer. I also bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth, wife of Robert Mercer the half of the garden on the beach and the other half to my son Isaac and afer his decease to his son William.
The half of the garden known as the upper garden I bequeath to my son Isaac and after his decease to his son William, and the other half of the said garden I bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth wife of Robert Mercer and after her decease to her son James Mercer.
The square table with six legs in the parlour I bequeath to my grandson William Moore A rocking chair and a trunk I bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth wife of Robert Mercer my bedroom and all that is in it I bequeath to my grandson William Moore. The old cart path leading to William Henry Moore's land will stand and it always did without any hindrance whatsoever In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 31st day of March 1911 Thomas his x mark Moore witnesses William Richards of John John Thomas Boone of Wm.
