Will of Thomas Fennell
In re

Thomas Fennell deceased

In the name of God Amen I Thomas Fennell of Holy Rood Conception Bay Newfoundland being weak of body but in perfect memory doth cause this my last will and testament to be made in the following manner- viz I give and bequeath unto John Foley my house and property that is to say whatever articles is in the house also my garden before the door also what is in the garden also the balance of the money that is in Mr. Richard Connells hands after paying my funeral expences also the lot of ground at the Noth side of the pond as formerly in possession of Thomas Curreen and Thomas Fennell if said John Foley get peaceable possession of said lot of ground he is to get or cause a Mass to be said once a year whilst he lives one year for the soul of Thomas Curreen and the next year for the soul of Thomas Fennell-

I disannul and revoke any former will made by me. given under my hand at Holy Rood this 2nd day of April in the year of our Lord God one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven.
