Will of Thomas Cleary

In re: THOMAS CLEARY. DECEASED

In the name of God Amen.

I, Thomas Cleary of Bay Roberts, in the Island of Newfoundland, Farmer. Do this Thirteenth day of August One thousand nine hundred and four, getting weak in body tho sound in mind make this my last Will and Testament, as follows that is to say. I give and bequeath to my Step Brother William Cleary all the land I possess on the West Side of the Main Road cleared and uncleared given to my by will of my late Father, Thos Cleary to himself his heirs and administrators and assigns the Garden and Barn and Cellars on the East Side of the Old House and Road I give to Edward O. Bryne. O. Cleary son of William Cleary and if he should have any heirs to them and their successors, and should he the said Edward O Bryne O Cleary die before he comes of age it is to be given to Ellen Cleary little Daughter of the said Wm. Cleary. All my personal effects such as Bed and bedding and all other minor things. I give also to Edward O Bryne Cleary to be his heirs and successors forever.
