Carbonear - Taylors, 1809

CARBONEAR - MARCH 31, 1809

"This is to certify to all whom it may concern that we have this day agreed to divide the plantation belonging to us in Carbonear and on which we now reside, in the following manner, viz. after being measured, in the three equal parts from the fence which separates it from the room or plantation lately belonging to Henry Knight to the limits on the west by a plantation belonging to Mrs. Elizabeth Pike; Henry Taylor to have the eastern part, Wm Taylor the middle, and Richard Taylor the western part, each party having an equal interest in the dwelling house.
