In re: SOPHIA BARTLETT. DECEASED. I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death unto Richard A. Parsons of St. John’s, Student-at-law upon trust to sell and convert into money such parts thereof as shall not consist of money and out of the monies to arise therefrom to pay my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and to divide the clear residue thereof equally amongst my two nieces Lillian Sturmey of Halifax in the Province of Nova Scotia Canada Married Woman and Hattie Haldane of Halifax aforesaid Spinster and my nephew Hector Evans of Bay Roberts their respective Executors, Administrators or assigns. I appoint the said Richard A. Parsons sole Executor and Trustee of this my will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 28th day of August A.D. 1922. SOPHIA BARTLETT. |
