Jonathan Sheppard
versus Michael Farrell
This was an action to recover a certain garden situate in Mint Cove, which was cut and cleared out of the woods by Sheppard, and [Farrell] wishes to take it from him. After hearing both parties and examining closely into the case, the Surrogate have ordered that Sheppard do still take possession of the said garden until further enquiry be made or further orders given concerning it.
