This was an action brought before the Court against the Defendant for hindering the Plaintiff in the execution of his duty attaching some fish at Spaniard’s Bay – by Writ of the suit of Patten Graham & Co., granted on the 3rd instant against the said John Collins.

The parties being before the Court it was clearly proved on the oath of Jonathan Sheppard and John Hutchings he stands guilty of the charge.

The Court then reprimanded the Defendant for his late conduct and gave Judgment that he do pay a fine to the King -- ₤2.0.0 1st Class Court charges and other costs attending the suit—and that he do give security himself in One Hundred Pounds to keep the peace for Twelve Calendar Months from this day.
