In the name of God, Amen This ninth day of October in the year of our Lord one Thousand nine hundred and seven, I Sarah Morgan of Blow-me-down in Conception Bay Nfld being by the blessing of God in a sound state of mind and memory but calling to remembrance the frail state of this life and that it is appointed unto all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament

I give and bequeath to my beloved son Samuel G. Morgan his heirs and successors all that property bought by me from the Late Isaac Morgan situated at Blow-me-down in the district of Port-de-Grave and I do hereby constitute ordain and appoint The said Samuel G.
