In re: SAMUEL B. SPENCE DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me S.B. Spence of the town of Harbour Grace Nfld Trader.

I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall die in any wise entitled unto my sister Mrs. A. H. Seymour of Harbor Grace Nfld aforesaid absolutely and I appoint the said Mrs. A.H. Seymour sole executrix of this my will, hereby revoking all former and other wills, codicils or testamentary writtings heretofore by me at any time made.

In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand this twenty ninth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety S.B.
