Last will of
In the name of God. Amen. I Samuel cosh of Ochre Pitt cove in the Island of Newfoundland Planter being perfect memory blessed be God therefore do this fourteenth day of Agust in the year of our Lord 1885 one thousand eight hundred and eighty five make and publish this my last will and testament in the name and following that is to say Iniprimces(?) I recommend my sole into the hands of Almighty God He gave it me and my body to the earth from whence it came in hopes of a joyful resurrection through the merits of my redeemer Jesus Christ and as for that worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I dispose them as follows I give to my beloved son Elijah Cosh the part of land he now posses bounded by Simeon Cosh west William Cosh East. I give unto my beloved son Edward Cosh the part of land he now posses bounded by William Edgecombe on the north Simeon Cosh to the east the main line west East the track of land where my house is I gave to my grandchild Susannah Darlen Cosh my bed and bedding I gave to my beloved son Edward Cosh a wipsaw and to be observe equeality thereby constitute and appoint Mr. John A. Halfyard of Ochre Pitt Cove Mr. John Carnell of Ochre Pitt Cove to be my executors in trust of this my last will and testament to take care and see the same truly perform acording to my true intent meaning. In witness whereof I the said Samuel X Cosh have to this my last will and testament and set my hand and seal (Seal) Witness John A. Halfyard. Levi X Carnell.
