Will of Samuel W. Bartlett from Newfoundland will books volume 10 page 447 probate year 1916

 In re     SAMUEL W. BARTLETT      deceased.

    This is the last will and testament of Samuel W. Bartlett of the town of Brigus in the District of Port de Grave, Master Mariner.     I hereby bequeath to my son Harold S. Bartlett the western end of my dwelling house, together with store and garden pertaining thereto.     I hereby bequeath to my son Harold S. Bartlett my waterside premises, and vessel.     I hereby bequeath to my daughter Edith K. Bartlett the eastern end of my dwelling house, with all it contains, together with garden and store pertaining thereto.     I also bequeath all monies, wherever invested, that I may die possessed of, together with my Life Insurance, to my daughter Edith K. Bartlett.
    I hereby appoint my son Harold S. Bartlett and my brother William J. Bartlett executors of my will.     In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 17th day of August 1916.     S.W. Bartlett.     Signed sealed, published and declared by Samuel Bartlett as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof.     M.E.
