Will of Samuel Badcock

IN RE:   SAMUEL BADCOCK.    DECEASED

Last will and testament of Samuel Badcock

This is to certify that I Samuel Badcock (senior) do now on the 6th of May 1910 make my last will and testament and give all I possess house outhouses and property to my grandson Samuel Mercer (of Isaac) to be his, his heirs and assigns after the decease of my wife I make this knowing my days are expired, and I wish to save further trouble concerning my property.

I have full power and authority to give said property and it is to be kept in a quiet and peaceable condition by said Samuel Mercer against the claim or claims of any other person or persons whatever As soon as his Grandmother is dead he takes full control of all

Given under my hand and sign this 6th day of May 1910 in the presence of the undersigned witnesses Samuel his x mark Badcock.
