In re: RICHARD S. MERCER DECEASED.
I Richard Spracklin Mercer of Bay Roberts N.F. being of sound mind do hereby make this my last will and testament
I request that my wife Ellen F. Mercer remain in his home and have full control so long as she lives and bears my name. I further request that my son Kenneth is to have after her death the front land, and is to help my son John build a house on the back land. If he Kenneth is not satisfied with these terms John is to have the house & the small kitchen garden and the remaining land is to be equally divided between them.
