In re RICHARD BYRNE: DECEASED. I Richard Byrne of Cupids being through the goodness of Almighty God of sound mind and memory, but being aware of the uncertainty of human life do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife my dwelling house store and all the land adjoining thereto After her decease the dwelling house, store and land are to become my sons Richard and William’s, and their heirs, to be equally divided between them. Should eighter of them die heirless his portion shall become his brother’s that is the brother mentioned here. I recommend to the most special care of my sons, Richard and William my beloved wife. I do nominate and appoint my much esteemed friends Thomas Webber and William Wakeham as the executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 26 day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three,Richard Byrne.
