In re REUBEN MARTIN. DECEASED. I, Reuben Martin, of Grates Cove, Newfoundland, Fisherman, being of sound mind and disposing memory hereby revoke all former wills and general testamentary dispositions made by me and by this my last will devise and bequeath my real and personal estate in manner following, that is to say: 1. I give and bequeath to my wife, my house cabbage garden and potato garden to be hers while she lives, and after her decease, the said house, cabbage garden and potato garden is to be given to my son William George Martin and at his decease to my grandsons, Abraham martin and Reuben Martin in equal portions. 2. My fishing property and all land that I possess, not elsewhere in this my will bequeathed, I give to my son William George Martin, and, at his decease, to my grandsons, Abraham Martin and Reuben Martin, in equal portions. 3. I also give and bequeath to Mary Ellen martin, widow of my son, Reuben Martin, deceased, the use of part of the property occupied by her late husband, Reuben martin, while she remains a widow; but in the event of her re marrying or at her decease, should she die before such remarriage, the said property is to pass to my son William George Martin, and at his decease to his sons, Abraham Martin and Reuben martin in equal portions. The said part of the said property to be understood to mean, the garden known as Barber’s Hill Garden, the cabbage garden she now uses, and the dwelling house in which she now lives. 4. I hereby appoint my son, William George Martin, to be sole executor of this my will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this (please leave this code as it tells me that there’s a blank space here) day of February a. D. 1919. REUBEN MARTIN.
