Know all men by these present that I Providence Seymour of Tilton District of Harbor Grace Being in a sound mind I do In the name of God make my will My Dwelling house stores & stable and out houses & all of my Land Bound By Leander Drover To the west: To the north unclaimed Land to the East By Herbert Barrett to the south by Railway track & to the East Bound by John Brazle & Lands Bound by Herbert Barrett to the west
All that I posses I hand over To my adopted sun John Seymour & His Heirs hereafter & for Ever If no Heirs after His Death it do Belong to Abraham Barrett my oldest Brothers son & his heirs For ever. Also I do appoint Mr Lorenzo Noseworthy and Mr. John Brazle & Mr Herbert Barrett to be my executors to my Last will and Esteem Providence Seymour December 23rd 1911 witness Lorenzo Noseworthy Spds.
