Will of Peter Milley

In re: PETER MILLEY. DECEASED.

In the name of God, Amen. I, Peter Milley, of New Town, Western Bay, Bay De Verde District, Nfld. do make this my last will and testament. I leave all my property, including house, land, cattle etc. to be equally shared between my wife Caroline Milley and my son Alexander Milley. At my wifes death, her part reverts to my son Alexander Milley. The same also in case of her marrying again, when it becomes the property of my son Alexander Milley aforesaid

Signed by me PETER his X mark MILLEY In presence of us James Crawley Henry Milley X his mark H.C. Hatcher Postscript. I appoint my son Elias Milley sole Executor PETER his X mark MILLEY Sept 19th 1890.
