IN RE: PETER LOUIS. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Peter Louis of Philip of Lower Isd. Cove Made this 24th Day of February 1908 and by this will I annul all wills made by me in the past Being of sound mind and having the use of my reasoning faculties but knowing the uncertainty of human life I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane Snelgrove all my land whatever and wherever situated with all erections thereon of all descriptions including all my property in Island Cove and its neighbourhood vis agricultural and fishing room property together with all my property situated on Baccalieu Island as Fishing rooms Flakes Stages hauling places dwelling & outhouses stores and all and every such property as is and has been in my possessions during my natural life.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane Snelgrove her heir and assigns my two dwelling houses at Lower Island Cove with the furniture and utensils contained in them with a request from me that her nephews Peter & Philip Sparks and niece Louisa Sparks be remembered always by her as her sisters children and that she will do by them what is right as long as they shall conduct themselves in a creditable way. I wish Louisa to be especially remembered according to the way she has always ministered to my comfort and convenience.
And I appoint A. G. Hudson & my daughter Mary Jane as executor and executrix to this my last will and Testament and hereto I set my name and seal.
