 In the Estate of     Patrick St. John     deceased.

I Patrick St. John of Conception Harbor in the District of Harbor Main Being of sound mind memory and understanding and being aware of the uncertainty of this Life do make and publish this my last will and testament in maner and form following to wit
First I give and Bequeath to my wife Ellen St. John my dwelling house and out Houses included and all my Land which I now posess also one Horse and all untintials belonging to said Horse and all my Cattle Cows and Sheep and
2 I also Bequeath to my wife Ellen St. John all money Belonging to me in the Savings Bank at St. John's and also my shairs in Batts Hill Mines one Hundred Thirty Dollars $130.00     260 shairs
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my Name and affixed my seal 6th Day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand nine Hundred and four Patrick St. John     Witness Michael Sullivan     James Buck     Edward X (his mark) St. John
