Will of Patrick Power

IN RE:   PATRICK POWER.    DECEASED

In the name of God Amen.

I Patrick Power of Salmonier in the District of Placentia and St. Mary's, Do now and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I will and bequeath Sixty Dollars $60.00 for High Masses for the Repose of my Soul.

I will and bequeath forty Dollars $40.00 for High Masses for the Repose of the Souls of my Parents. I will and bequeath that the remaining amount of my money (that is after all or any Debts I owe are paid) will be equally divided between my sister Catherine Kennedy of Trepassey, and my brother James Power of Salmonier. But in case of either of them dying before me I will and bequeath that it will be equally divided between their next of kin.

I hereby appoint Michael Kennedy of Trepassey to be my Executor.
