Will of Patrick Penney

In re: PATRICK PENNEY. DECEASED

Last will and Testament of Patrick Penney of Joseph of North Arm Holy Rood in the District of Harbor Main in the Island of Newfoundland. In the name of God Amen I will unto my wife Margaret Penney all my Possessions that is to say my Dwelling House with all its contents my stable cellar all the land which I possess in the north arm of Holyrood aforesaid. Also all that Land situated on Holy Rood Ridge Together with my Horse, car, cart, & wheels now on the Premises with all other goods and chattles owned by me, my wife Margarett Penney is to have and told during her natural life or to sell or dispose of any part or parcel of the above mentioned property for her support and I further declare that I am the rightfull owner of all the Land Dwellings & other property herein mentioned

That I am in my Perfect sences & I Evoke all other wills or agreements made by me And I do here by appoint Messrs Stephen Doyle Joseph Penney of Denis and Richard Woodford to be my executors Who in witness where off I sign my hand and seal (LS) Patrick Penney of Joseph witness Stephen Doyle Joseph Penney Richard Woodford Dated at Holy Rood north Arm in the District of Harbor Main this 30th Day of August A.D. one Thousand nine hundred & four 1904.
