Will of Patrick F. Delaney

In re     PATRICK F. DELANEY.     DECEASED. I Patrick F. Delaney of Bay Roberts In the Island of Nfld. (Fisherman) hereby revoke all former wills and Testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament.

I devise and bequeath and expressly direct that all my earthly goods and property of every description to be disposed of as follows.

To my wife Ita Delaney I leave everything I die possessed of as long as she remains my widow. After her decease or marriage all property reverts to my children. I wish to specify that all Stock in Shop is to be sold for the benefit of my Creditors. I also wish to state that all Labrador property including Codtraps Etc is owned on a fifty fifty basis with my brother Richard, my half of same property I leave to my wife Ita Delaney.

I hereby appoint Ita Delaney to be Executor of this my last will and Testament.
