IN RE: PATRICK BESAN. DECEASED
In the Name of God Amen I Patrick Besan Sr. of Holyrood being very sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory and knowing that it is appointed for all men and women once to die do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament principally and first of all I give and bequeath my soul to God from whence it came and my body to be buried in decent Christian burial ground at the discretion of my Executors, And as touching on such worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life. I give and bequeath the same in the following manner and form.
1st I give and bequeath half my land property to my wife Martha and the other half to my Grandson Michael Besan of Michael.
2nd My Dwelling house stable and cellar I give to my wife Martha.
3rd My horse and cars I give to my grandson Stephen Besan of Michael "I request that the above property be handed down from heirs to heirs forever and forever.
Witness my hand and soul this 5th Day of June 1905 - Patrick his x mark Beesu - (LS) Lastly I appoint John B. Veitch as my Executor to the above and this my last will and Testament - Patrick his x mark Besan - witness. Philip Mullowney John B. Veitch Executor Holyrood June 5th 05.
