In re NICHOLAS FOWLER. DECEASED. In the name of God Amen. I, Nicholas Fowler of Brigus make this my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my wife Annie Fowler - my daughter Johanna Whelan my sons - Thomas - Francis - Michael and Peter Fowler an equal share of any cash there is left after all my bequests have been paid. There is to be High Mass and Office on the day of my funeral and also H. Mass & Office months mind I give and bequeath two hundred dollars to R. C. C. Brigus and Convent. I give and bequeath to my son Peter Fowler all the property I possess at Brigus. I further instruct and will that my wife Annie Fowler is to have her home in my house whilst she lives. I give my son Peter the largest share of my estate that he may take best of care of his mother Annie Fowler. I give and bequeath to my grandson Nicholas Fowler of Thomas my house out-houses and land I own in Cupid’s. in event of said N. Fowler’s death house and property, go to his father Thomas Fowler. I give to my son Francis Fowler Store he now uses in Cupid’s. in event of his leaving Cupid’s - the Store goes to my son Thomas Fowler that is he has the first offer of it. My property in Labrador I give and bequeath to my sons to use as they have been doing in the past. I leave to my executor one hundred dollars. I instruct him to see that details of this my last Will and testament are carefully carried out. I leave and bequeath for Masses in Requiems $100.00 & Low Masses $150.00. I give and bequeath to John Joseph Doody grandson - One hundred dollars. I hereby name and appoint the Rev. Dr. J. Murphy Brigus the sole executor of this my last Will. NICHOLAS his X mark FOWLER. Signed by the said Nicholas Fowler the Testator in our presence and in the presence of each other at the same time and subscribe our names as witnesses this twentieth day of April 1921.
