In re: NATHANIEL MERCER DECEASED.
I, Nathaniel Mercer of Bay Roberts in the island of Newfoundland, Fisherman being of sound and disposing mind and memory hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary disposition made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament.
I devise and bequeath to my wife Patience Mercer all my earthly goods money and property of every description of which I may die possessed and to do with the said goods money and property of every description as she will after my decease.
I hereby appoint George W. Jardine to be my executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at Bay Roberts in the Island of Newfoundland this fourth day of June Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and eight. Nathaniel Mercer. Signed published and declared by the testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names. Witnesses Geo. W. Jardine. William Parsons.
