Present: The Rev. Jn Leigh Wm Mullowny versus David Collins Action ₤6.13.9 – due for supplies rendered to the Defendant and others by order of the Committee in 1817 – that his name was taken down but that Jery Sullivan, Patrick Walsh and John Henesy have since gone to America. Judgment for the Plaintiff. Writ issued the 22nd Inst returnable this day subject to the payment of current supplies.
