To All Christian People to whom these presents shall come, I Mary Pynn Senr. Now living with Capn John Davis in Muskitta Cove in the Bay of Conception in Newfoundland,
send greeting in our Lord everlasting. Know ye that I the said Mary Pynn for the love and affection that I the said Mary Pynn do bear unto my well beloved son Henry Pynn of
the city of Bristol, Mariner, I the said Mary Pynn being in perfect memory have given, granted and confirmed and by this my present writing do fully, freely and absolutely give,
grant and confirm unto the said Henry Pynn all and singular the Fishing Room and Meddows, Gardens, and Meddow Ground being on the South side of Portograve, Commonly called Cupits,
formerly being in the possession of Mr. James Hill, which said Mr. James Hill lawfully gave to me Mary Pynn Senr, which now this day by this present writing I
freely give and make over unto the said Henry Pynn, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns from henceforth forever, without any manner of claim, challenge or
demand whatsoever, and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In witness whereof together with the delivery of the said Fishing Room, Meddows and Meddow Ground at the above said Cupits, I have herewith set my hand and Seal this Eleventh of Feby in the Eleventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Second, by the grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, in the year of our Lord God, one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven.
