This is to certify that I, Mary Clarke, daughter of Timothy? and Mary Pike, being of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament, and as such Item I desire should be fulfilled, I leave to my son Samuel Clarke all right, title and interest in all that property which by law ?entitled by my administration to my late Father’s effects, ? House and land held by him, he having died without Will, also my particular request that my son Samuel take and ? for as his own child, my adopted child now living in the fa? John Taylor, son of John and my daughter Julia Taylors, ? him in every respect as his own child.

I hereby certify that the execution of the Will of which the foregoing is a true and correct copy by Mary Clarke, the party thereto was proven before me by the Affidavit of George Apsey, one of the subscribing witnesses to the same on the Second day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty two.
