In re: MATILDA THOMEY. DECEASED
Mosquito Carbonear District of Carbonear I Matilda Thomey do hereby bequeath all my property and estate both real and personal to my son John Edward Thomey of Mosquito whom I have resided with during his life time and who has ever proven a loving and dutiful son And I also bequeath to my said son all and any claims which I have on estate of my sister late Eliza Mary Molloy’s estate of New York City of New York as well as my share of his Fathers estate These presents to be carried out without any encumbrances whatever Matilda Thomey In Presence of Alfred Ames M. D. C.M. Henry Webber at Mosquito Oct 2nd 1906
