In re MARY WARDE: DECEASED. This is my last will & testament, I Mary Warde of sound & dispossessing mind, will and bequeath my whole estate to be equally divided between my two daughters Agnes Warde and Elizabeth Warde and I hereby name and appoint my nephew Edward Francis Walsh as sole executor to this my last will and testament In witness whereof I here set my hand and seal,Mary Warde (LS) Long Beach, August 14, 1874.
