In re This is the last will and testament of Mary Rohan widow of late Patrick Rohan of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland I do bequeath unto my daughter Johanna Vass One hundred & fifty pounds, & to my granddaughter Catherine Vass one hundred pounds to Mrs. Catherine Prendergast my first cousin ten pounds to the Presentation Nuns five pounds to the B.I. Society of Conception Bay five pounds for Masses for the repose of my soul, ten pounds, For my husband Patrick Rohan & my sons Patrick & James Rohan & my father & mother twenty pounds equally divided. This is with the proviso in the event of my living longer than I expected In which case I may have to draw on the several sums above mentioned equally I do hereby appoint John Richards & James Wall my executors & administrators. Given from under my hand at Harbor Grace this the twenty fifth (25th) day of June 1880. Mary Rohan. Witness, John Richards, James Wall.
