Will of Mary Leamon

In re: MARY LEAMON. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me Mary Leamon of Brigus Newfoundland widow hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made, after the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give and bequeath as follows: -

(1) To my Grandson Robert A. Bartlett all the furniture utensils and things contained in my bedroom at Hawthorne Cottage Brigus aforesaid
(2) To my Granddaughter Blanche Eleanor Bartlett my Gold watch and chain
(3) To my Grandson William Leamon Norman Bartlett my Melodian and the Pink chiffonnier now in the drawing room of said Hawthorne Cottage.
(4) The rest residue and remainder of my personal property estate and effects to my daughter Mary wife of William Bartlett. I appoint my son-in-law the said William Bartlett Executor of this my will. Dated at Brigus aforesaid this 23rd day of November 1907. Mary Leamon. Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in our presence who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses William J. Bartlett M.P. Gibbs
